Wrap up a flavor explosion with BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps! Shredded chicken meets zesty coleslaw in a creamy dressing, creating a crunchy, tangy delight. Easy to make and packed with goodness!

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce, mixing well until the chicken is fully coated.
  2. Step 2: In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to create a creamy dressing for the coleslaw.
  3. Step 3: Add the coleslaw mix to the dressing and toss until all the vegetables are evenly coated.
  4. Step 4: Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon a generous portion of the BBQ chicken mixture onto each tortilla, followed by a scoop of coleslaw.
  5. Step 5: Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to create a wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve with optional chopped green onions on top for garnish.

Notes

  • For optimal freshness, store the BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, keeping the wraps tightly sealed. When reheating, warm the wraps in a microwave for about 30 seconds or until heated through, but be mindful not to overcook as this can make the tortillas tough. Serve these wraps with a side of extra BBQ sauce for dipping and some crispy potato chips for added crunch. For an extra flavor boost, try adding diced jalapeños or avocado to the coleslaw mix before assembling the wraps.
