Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns

- Step 2: Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Step 3: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil the grill or pan to prevent sticking.
- Step 4: Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Step 5: Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- Step 6: Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding your favorite toppings such as lettuce, tomato, or additional buffalo sauce. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For optimal freshness, store leftover Buffalo Chicken Burgers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When reheating, place the burgers in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until warmed through, to maintain their juicy texture. For a tasty twist, serve your burgers with crunchy coleslaw or sliced pickles to complement the spicy buffalo flavor. To enhance the flavor of your patties, let the mixture rest for 15-20 minutes before shaping into patties; this allows the breadcrumbs to absorb moisture and bind everything together better.
