Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- Step 3: Add the melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms, then fold in the diced peaches.
- Step 4: On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Drizzle pineapple juice over the rolled-out dough and sprinkle with additional sugar if desired.
- Step 5: Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log. Slice into rolls and place them in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Step 6: Once done, let the rolls cool slightly before serving. Drizzle any remaining pineapple juice over the top for added flavor!
Notes
- For optimal freshness, store leftover peach cobbler cinnamon rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or refrigerate them for up to a week.
- To reheat, simply warm the rolls in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds or place them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-10 minutes until heated through.
- Serve these delightful rolls warm, drizzled with extra pineapple juice and accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an indulgent treat!
- For an extra burst of flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon to the dough or mixing some crushed pineapple into the filling for added sweetness and moisture.
