Indulge in a light and luscious Strawberry Tiramisu, where creamy mascarpone meets fresh strawberries. Whip up this delightful treat with our easy steps and enjoy a burst of summer in every bite!

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 12 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Step 2: In another large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.
  3. Step 3: Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy. Arrange half of the soaked ladyfingers in a single layer in the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Step 4: Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of ladyfingers, then add half of the sliced strawberries on top of the mascarpone layer.
  5. Step 5: Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture and top it off with the remaining strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Step 6: Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder for an added touch. Enjoy your Strawberry Tiramisu!

Notes

  • For optimal freshness, store your Strawberry Tiramisu in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, but be aware that the strawberries may soften over time.
  • Since this dessert is best enjoyed chilled, there’s no need to reheat it; simply serve straight from the fridge for a refreshing treat.
  • For an extra special touch, consider pairing your Strawberry Tiramisu with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce to enhance the flavors.
  • When preparing your mascarpone mixture, make sure not to overmix after folding in the whipped cream; this keeps the texture light and airy, ensuring a delightful bite.
